Laguna Beach
This 9x12 oil on canvas panel was painted with Michael Situ at a LPAPA Mentor Paint Out in Heisler Park, Laguna Beach California.
Little Corona
Michelle and I love painting together on this beautiful little beach in Corona Del Mar, California. It is such a wonderful feeling to set your brushes down and go for a swim, then return to your painting with a fresh set of eyes.
Hole in the Wall
Road 200 in O'Neals, CA offers many colorful monuments to the areas long standing cattle and ranching history. The warm California sun accents the rich color of the rusting roof and the aging rough sawn lumber on the old Allen barn. 9x12 oil on canvas panel.

Sunset on Shuteye Peak
A late winter sunset as seen from Rd. 200 near Bass Fork, CA. Oil on 9x12 canvas panel. It's been told that as native people would travel across the Sierra to trade with neighboring tribes, their first night out would be spent on Shuteye Peak.

Morning Light on Tioga Road
On our first road trip over Tioga Road in Yosemite National Park, we were truly amazed by the light show at every turn. 8x10 oil on canvas panel.
